  • API on MyPaper

     14 August 2007

Proud to be in media again. API was interviewed and published on My Paper (我报). It’s of course, surrounding the ‘hot’ topic of the month. Lunar 7th Month, all about 鬼!

Orbs are everywhere. Is it dirt? energy? or ?

Experience pressed by ghost? What u think? true? or?

In summary, API give an explanation on orbs photos, on those basic gadgets that are use to ‘detect them’ and our view on certain encounters.

Take a look at those pictures and closure on MyPaper. It’s say it all.

I only published those photos (3 out of 4) that was provided by API. Due to copyright issue, I didn’t scan the full article. I ask someone else. haha.. However, the full article will not be published here.

[If you are interested to read on these 2 reporters, click on the picture.]

Yup! I know you are very excited to read the full article. Read them @ mypaper.com

  • Meeting with Party

     21 July 2007

Asia Paranormal Investigators (API) is officially registered as a society now.

喜上加喜,R (fengshui) had moved into a new house. To make things easier, we decided to have our 1st annual general meeting at R‘s place, and after which we can have the house warming party.

While we are having our meeting, behind the back yard lots of king king kong kong.. Soon, the bbq pits, home-cooked foods and snacks were prepared waiting for us. Woolala.. It’s party time, the night is still young!

Party can’t do it without some alcohol. We opened some beers, and a bottle of red wine complimentary by me. Soon things mood getting higher, a bottle of Chivas was out too. Next, a bottle of champange, follow by another red wine. OMG!

I guess party mood are getting to the highest point at this time. We start being ‘bartenders’ and mix the drinks around, juz for a person. A drinker.

New creation of the night: Chivas + cookies & cream ice-cream + chocolate ice-cream + coke light + ice lemon tea + red wine + beer + green tea + GREEN CURRY!! You should guess it, the taste simply eeeewwwkkk! But, juz for FUN to ‘entertain’ him, JN. haha..

This is done under the supervision of many adults age 21 and above.
Do not imitate this act. Else, do it at your own risk.

Under the influence of alcohol, the mixing session are getting higher and higher. However, we challenge to more decent mix. With Chivas, along with my red wine, another kinda original wines (not in picture), champange and beers.

We completed the bottle of chivas on that night! Not to waste drinks, we they finish all the alcohol opened. The guys are real drinkers. Yeah! I admit I’m not a good drinker, I juz contribute 3 shots of chivas and 1 glass of red wine.

This drinking and gathering session is only meant for relaxing and FUN. No intention of promoting any alcohol drinking, and is act under the supervision of many adults aged 23 and above.

We promote “Don’t drive when you Drink“. Thus, if you start saying this “喝车就不要驾酒,驾酒就不要喝车”, you should not be sitting at the front right side.

  • Chalet Chalets

     25 June 2007

Over the wkend, I’m ‘flooded’ with chalets invitation. And, being the creator of FUN, I definately will never miss out any moments that can have FUN and share it with all.

It’s API Anniversary celebration and also Glydys’ Birthday.

Struggling and juggling between both side. Finally, I decided to fetch my sister’s family down to Pasir Ris, helped to check-in at Aranda Country Club. With juz 2 guys, K and me managed to decorate the whole unit, while my sister look after Glydys – a pro-active baby.

Soon, I rushed myself to API Anniversary Resort @ East Coast.

Foods are here, and is ready to eat!
(oh! btw is a potluck wif BBQ)

Molemole and me were rushing towards to the foods, juz to take pic for our blog. haha.. Next, we gave ourself a big serving of the Curry Fish Head. Wah! If you have not taste this, then we may not know what is good NICE Curry Fish Head will be. YUMMY!! It’s home-cooked, by Raymond mum-in-law. You will see how 陶醉 Molemole is. (if she grant me permission to post the pic, may I?)

Prior to that, I made a discovery out of boredom. It stated Free 8%. YEAH! I’m bo liao so I do a comparasion and verify if it’s true extra 8% and where’s the difference.

Conclusion, I personally don’t see any difference. Unlike those bread or milk powder when it state 10% or 15% more, you will see the packing quite obvious.

To be continued in Part 2.. @ my Glydys’ BDay.

  • Punggol Mystery Solved

     15 June 2007

Do you know what lies behind the Punggol forest? Have you watched Channel U – On the Beat 2 (U頻道的都市大發現), featuring the episode on the Punggol forest which have lots of pot on the wall?

After this episode was showed, newspaper and others start to speculate and go around giving different answers or explanations to the pot along the wall.

    Something mystery in the neighbourhood?

    Who you call?

    Asia Pararnormal Investigators (API)

No la, API is not a ghost-busters. We are juz passionate in uncovering lost history, researching urban legends, hosting unusual tours/events, resolving mystery. Therefore, we decided to find out the truth behind this wall of pots.

(this is not my hand, so girly)

And we manage to find out the owner, Mr Chan. A sole proprietor, a businessman and also a hunter. And we contact his 3 sons and eventually led us to the truth. Read it now, and find out the REAL truth.

All were wrong! This place is a ZOO previously. It is the Singapore 1st registered Zoo, but the 2nd Zoo in Singapore Island. So where’s Singapore 1st Zoo?

The 1st Zoo in Singapore also known as Babujan Zoo was also along the Punggol Road. It’s a small one, owned by one 有钱人 before the World War 2.

He charged very exp, 50 Cents Adults and 25 Cents children to visit his beautiful zoo. (Imagine how exp is it b4 WWII). It was his own pte zoo, half biz half zoo. He imported and exported animals to and fro all over the world.

可是,人算不如天算。可恶的世界大战二, forced everyone to evacuate within 24hours. But 时间不够,thus they were let out to roam freely.

Ok! Back to the 2nd, yet 1st registered Zoo, called the Singapore Zoo. It covered an area estimated 5 football fields. WAH!!

This Zoo of his, is open FREE to the public. Donations were more than welcomed. Funds collected were donated to charities and the building of Community Centers for the people. He was an admirable and charitable man. There were no assistance or sponsorship from the Government or other companies. He built this Zoo relying solely on his business trades.

The Zoo housed many animals. They include Sea Lions, Tigers, Snakes, Crocodiles, Tapirs, Birds and many many more. Circuses in Gay World, brought in animals from this Zoo to perform. The Zoo was entirely man made. Every pond and every single structure were man made. Walls with various sections were decorated with Pottery and Corals.

Not many people know about this Zoo.

    Disclaimer:
Parts of my post are extract from molemole jie jie.

So, it’s NOT a pig sty. Nor to prevent soil erosion. Nor to store human ashes.

    We found the TRUTH!!

Read the full report or watch Frontline (前线追踪) later, 15 June at 10.30pm on Channel 8.

    ******

Edited @ 1.17pm, today: More on the 1st Zoo.
