woo lalaaa!!! COOL FUN!!

It has been almost 6mths since I left my previous job. And finally, I got a job in the industry I alway wanted to be in and I’m passionate about. Finally, I’m got into the MEDIA industry.

Yeah! The call is from the HR for my job offer confirmation and reporting issues. And yesterday is my 1st day 重出江湖, and seriously I’m damm excited and happy. 

Working in the industry I love, Working with COOL people, Working in FUN station.
Working with DJs, Working with people I like, Working towards to ‘squeeze’ my creativity juice.

YUP!! I’m working for SPH UnionWorks that representing the 2 stations, Radio 91.3 and Radio 100.3. I’m doing advertising sales and it will be a Cool & Fun job.

So, anyone or agency need advertising thru Radio, give me a chance. I am not the Best, but I give my BEST!

And the plus, I can hear the latest and best music 1st, having nice music and DJs talking on air while working and many many more. I’m have sucessfully took the 1st step, next is to gear up, get charge and 沖.

COOLFUN!! The call finally came! Actually, is I call up to confirm.

For certain reasons, I’ll be putting up all my outstanding posts over the weekend. And what’s the call about? I certainly will let you know when the time is ripe.

As promise again, I have updated another outstanding post. There will be another 2 more to go. Yah!! I know some may think boring, or why I post events tat past quite sometime ago.

Can you imagine having Subway, while surfing the net in a cosy corner of the resturant? No! Subway didn’t have internet service yet, but all thanks to the IDA programmes – Wireless@SG.

It has been quite some time since our last meeting gathering. R, LJ and me used to meet up very often, for our 3M – mahjong, makan and movie/make noise session. By right, we arrange to meet for lunch at my recommendation cafe.

But by left, the shop change timing and I forget. bo bian, since I’m out of the house. Check out, where they are, den decided to have a movie 1st.

Once I left my house, I don’t like to go back again. Unless is very important, and necessary.

Ok, back to surfing. Still early for movie, and feeling abit hungry for lunch. Roughly you knows what’s going on alrd ba. Since, we are able to detect the building network coverage, so surf ard lor, while waiting for our movies time slot.

Oh gosh! I can tell you this Nancy Drew was a nice show. It reminds me of how API Charles solved the mystery of the missing heir. Very investigator mind, very exciting, 很適合我。

Btw, while we are there. I saw 2 reporters trying the foods and keep snapping photos on the foods.

If I personally don”t feel comfortable and is no good. I’ll not dare to recommend my frenz.

I alway recommend frenz there, until they tot I have a share. No la! Juz tat, the bosses I know are close to me. If you read my blog, you can ‘spot’ him ard.

I’m going to chalet, CHALET!! And will help myself with lots of fun.

But now headache. Really Headache. Is good to be popular. By over-whelming popular can be a headache too. I’m invited to 2 parties at different locations, but the same date, around the same time, and are equal important.

One is API 2nd anniversary treat, another is my beloved sister daughter, Glydys’ Bday. One is my interest, another is my ‘family’, my close sister.

stupid dumb dumb. Wat should I do? Where should I go 1st? arghhh… can s’one help me? tell me wat to do? where to go 1st?

Not much celebration and this year mood was different
cos my grandfather had juz passed away not long b4 CNY
and there’s some restriction due to our religious

Day 1
Every year, will spend our day at grandfather’s house (No. 28)
Lunch n Dinner, and joke and laugh.. plus some Blackjack session

But! this year, we went to the temple and pray my grandfather
then, head to No. 28 to visit my grandmother, have lunch
and as usual, went to Yishun and pray

Later evening, back to No. 28 for dinner..
My parents, aunties and uncles went to watch those oldies concert
at Chinatown. So, I borrowed my uncle’s car,

Went to Loyang Tua Pek Kong.
Wah seh!! at wee hrs, still so many devotees..
All wanna heng heng..

Day 2
As usual, went to visit an old relative at Kitchener Rd.
Cos too many siblings, so I had to take a cab there

So mad with the Taxi uncle, went a big round and end at a rd, say:
   ”Ok! End of Kitchener Rd. Where u wanna drop?”
   ”U better check the address.”
Finally, got to the place, there a sign written.. [Block 2 Kitchener Road]
beside the blk. At tat pt, I feel like asking, “Uncle, see wat it written?”
But NVM, is CNY mah.. anyway, is a blue cab I took… hehehe

After tat, went to Toa Payoh, my so-called nanny’s house
Later, to one of my aunt’s house at SengKang

Day 3
Went to my god-father’s house,
had lunch there and play Blackjack.. Not much luck!
Noon, there’s lion dance..

Overall, juz visit friends n relatives
most impt, collected some ang bao
I’m few hundreds richer! Huat!
