Help me! Save me!

Calling all frenz, fans, supporters and readers! Do you have any natural method, special remedy, secret receipe or even old wives’ tales for growing tall? and I mean is after puberty.

Just wondering what my mum and aunts feed my brother and cousins with, they are so tall. I noticed that my frenz around me are quite tall, and especially those babies after 1988. Be it guys or girls, they are so tall. They are giant. I guess I may not able to find a gf already. Worsen situation, they wear heels. haha.. :-P
