Today is a holiday – Vesak Day. So, suppose to have lotz to write about or free to do s’thing to my web. But it seems otherwise. I’m out the whole day.

Hmmm… It’s 1 year le! Still remember, during last Vesak Day I blog in my old site, all the posts for the months are damm -ve, so sad, so unhappy, so un-cool. But, this year is totally opposite, so different.

* all the -ve blog entries have discarded, during the ‘renovation’ and moving.

I’m now so excited! So Happy! So Cool!! Fun!!

I juz love wedding. And I love to attend wedding celebration, be it day tea-ceremony, night dinner, outdoor shooting, or be part of preparation days.

No la! I’m not getting marry yet, no gf also.

Is juz the feel, feeling joyous, so 幸福, so loving.. And I like involve in wedding photography and videography. Capturing the happy moment, is nothing can describe.

Next sat, is my cousin’s BIG day. Before tat, I have offered to do her wedding montage, to be part of my portfolio in my freelance work. And, yeah! I’ll also be the videographer for the day too.

So, I’m alrd booked on 9 June 2007 for the whole day.

Back to the post, Anyone read? where I promise to update the long story with this Malaysian dark rough worker.

Ding! Dong!

Worker:
(with a deep malaysian accent) 我是來換哪個垃圾桶的

Mum:
Ok! 在後面。

二話不説，he carry all his barang barang to the kitchen and started to use all his ‘牛力’to knock (as if he very steady know what to do and change) and bang the tiles on the wall. Soon, one by one fall off the wall, and he removed the old rubbish bin chute.

Took the old rubbish bin out, back continue king king kong kong…

He was so cuo lor, afraid that he may do wrongly. So,

Mum:
(being kan giong.. which is a gd thing) 你知道要做什麽，換什麽嗎？

Worker:
(damm hao lian) 知道！知道！那些有裂痕的嗎！

Mum:
*Confirming, pointing at those tiles that need to change.. 這些。

我的天啊！also known as OH MY GOD!!

He chipped the other tile, and he gei siao as if nothing happened. Didn’t let us know, until I saw it. So, this is his explanation

Me:
你知道要換哪些嗎？爲什麽那邊你也敲？

Worker:
沒有！是舊了。你敲它，它自己會裂。

Me:
你要小心嗎！

Worker:
這不管我的事。是舊了！*trying to push away blames..

Worker:
等下我跟你浦。

Me:
就是不要浦，才叫你換。如果浦就可以，我爲什麽還要換？

Worker:
(Silent)

He continued king king kong kong carefully with me standing at 1 side observing him at work. But, I didn’t stand and watch too long cos no popcorn, no drinks, no sofa seat. lOL! is no time la! Have to go buy water and torch for that night API tour.

Until his HP rang. Worse, he need to go over to Yishun for another appt, asked if he can return later (leaving the mess there)? Of cos, NOT LA!! Can u imagine how dangerous isit with the big ‘hole’ there? And the smelly smell that travel up thru the ‘hole’? And wat if he stuck at Yishun and didn’t return until next day?

End up, he managed to knock out the correct portion carefully.

How he deal with this mess? He didn’t even pack into a bag or wat, he just throw it all the way 7th storey down that ‘hole’ creating a LOUD ping pong piang!

Luckily, no one complained or town council came.

Juz wondering anyone read… my blog? lOL! Minmin, u got read anot? cos like no one write comments or tag. I read others blog, like very exciting got ppl tok to each other, left alotz comments. I think mine not so exciting ba, but who’s care! I’m who I Am!

Last week got a saleman came ”Ding Dong!” My mum open the door.

Saleman:
Hello Auntie, we are HDB approved contractor… ‘bla bla bla’… having offer to change the rubbish chute bin..

(flipping photos here n there, still continue talking)

.. so the old one will rusty, no gd. Our company one stainless steel… ‘bla bla bla’.. ur blk alot change le.. U still using the old one?”

Mum:
U wanna come in and see?

Saleman:
Ya this old one.. ‘bla bla bla’.. (end up..)

Me: (cut in, ok! I know is rude)
So, how much?

Saleman:
$180, we can give installment.. ‘bla bla bla’..

Mum:
Our tiles here alrd cracked, can u help us change as well? We hv the tiles

(long story, the saleman very long-winded and my mum 不输他)

End up, we give him the deal to change the rubbish chute and the surrounding tiles, since ours already old, rusty and almost falling off. And he promised us only need 2 hrs for the job.

So, today a Malaysian dark rough worker came created a mess and took almost 4 hrs to complete. Long story with this guy, so will update on next entry with pictures.

Juz back home. Tonight have API tour and after the tour, the 2 pretty organisers invited me to join them for supper. Since was still early, near my place, still have my last bus and were 2 pretty organisers somemore (oppss), so I obliged.

Then, at Clementi Interchange 12am, I saw there’s still minor constructing work done. Kaypo.. took a picture.

Wondering wat are they building? Make a guess leh. I really dunno, I’m guessing also. Let’s see who has the closest answer.

Clue:
1. There’s alrd a mini cafe/canteen selling drinks and foods. And even magazines, snacks, ice-cream near the toilet.

2. There’s an top-up machine, using NETS at the front.

My guess: Another magazine & snacks kiosk.

Juz back home.

Yeah. After knowing tat he may discharge tmr, I went down to Changi General Hospital and visit DC (崇庆). He still can joke and smile, so he’s Ok. According to him, he will return to his 工作岗位 soon, although he’s given quite a long MC.

一小时前 (An hour before)…

I was at a hair salon. Cos 2 weeks later, my cousin’s wedding. And is quite s’time (2 mths) I last cut my hair, so I went down to Far East Plaza and cut my hair. But not completed yet, I suppose to color my hair, but I decided to color it next week when nearer to the date. Dun ask me why I do it seperately.. cos I also have no idea. LOL~!

And before tat, I was rushing like mad. Heading down to my regular printing shop to pass API namecard design for print.

I think I’ll 起笑 for doing all these, if I dun have a car.
